the HBO selling

i've been one of the fortunate people who witnessed the launching of the new technique in selling property. they call it the Highest and Best Offer (HBO) Selling.

the launching was done last saturday and sunday at the Isabel Place along taft avenue in pasay city. the event was headed by Mr. Larry Gamboa, the man behind Think Rich, Pinoy! and Grow Rich, Pinoy! and being considered as "Robert Kiyosaki of the Philippines".

together with his Think Rich Pinoy Millionaires Club (TRPMC) they set up the place, the banners and streamers, and invited brokers and potential buyers to see the property. on sunday the bid started with half the price of real value. the winner might not be the highest bid but the best when it comes to terms.

this new approach eliminates the long and tedious process of marketing, promoting, and advertising the property. and of course the long wait for buyers. with this new system you can sell the your property within 5 days. actually, this was being practiced in the US for the last 15 years but only introduced here in the Philippines days ago.
